Liberty Health Net, Inc. (LHN-INC) products
are formulated and manufactured from the finest ingredients and to the highest
standards. In the event you have to return any of our products, LHN will refund
the purchase price minus $5.00 re-stocking fee.
Please review this policy carefully.

Customer
Product Guarantee:
Customer may return products in reusable and re-salable conditions directly to LHN
within 30 days of purchase. LHN will
refund the purchase price minus $5.00 re-stocking fee. LHN will
process refunds within 30 days
of receipt of the product.
|
|
Distributor Product Guarantee: When
a distributor purchases from LHN, the distributor shall receive a refund (LHN will
refund the purchase price minus $5.00 re-stocking fee), exchange, or
replacement when goods are returned in reusable and re-salable conditions
and postmarked within 30 days of purchase. LHN will process refunds within
30
days of receipt of the product.

Liberty Health Net, Inc. will drawback
all bonuses and incentives paid to distributors relating to the purchase of the
product being returned.

Distributor Terms & Conditions |
|
In
consideration of the mutual terms and conditions contained herein, the
distributor and Liberty
Health Net Inc. agree as follows:
|
|
1.
I am of legal age in the state of my residency. I agree that I am
an independent contractor, responsible for determining my own business
activities and not an agent, employee or legal representative of
Liberty
Health net, Inc. hereafter referred to as "LHN". I will
not represent in any manner that I am an agent or representative of LHN. I
am responsible for the payment of all federal and state self-employment taxes
and any other tax required under any federal, state or regulatory or taxing
agency. I am responsible to pay all sales taxes.

2.
This position does not constitute the sale of a franchise or a
distributorship and no fees or purchases have been or will be required of me.
|
|
3.
I agree that as a Distributor, I shall place primary emphasis upon the
selling of LHN's products and services to ultimate consumers. Distributor
residents in the state of Maine, North Dakota, Michigan, Indiana, and West
Virginia are limited to $495.00 for purchases as a Distributor during the first
six months of Distributor status. Permissible Distributor purchases shall
be automatically modified to comply with the exemption requirements set forth in
any states' law regulating business opportunities.

4.
In representing LHN, products and the Distributors’ positions to
prospects, I agree that such representations shall be strictly according to the
following format and that I will be terminated as a Distributor if I fail to do
so:
|
|
A.
In each presentation of the Distributor position, the prospect shall be
directly informed that no payment or purchase is required to become a LHN
Distributor.
|
|
5.
I agree that I will sell or distribute at least 70% of my wholesale product
orders to non Distributor consumers prior to my reordering product. Any
automatic product purchase authorization which I have or may provide LHN, will
be cancelled by me if I am unable to comply with this provision. Retail
sales records shall be maintained and subject to review upon LHN request.

6.
In order to maintain a viable Marketing Program and to comply with changes in
federal, state and local law or economic condition, LHN may provide Policies
& Procedures for the Distributors from time to time, as well as modify it's
Distributor Compensation Programs. Such Policies & Procedures and
Compensation Plan modifications and all changes thereto shall upon notice to
distributor become a binding part of this agreement.

7.
I understand that no attorney general or any other regulatory authority ever
reviews, endorses or approves any product, compensation program or company, and
I will make no such claims to others.
|
|
8.
I understand that my Distributor position can be inherited or bequeathed, but
cannot be transferred or assigned during my lifetime without consent of LHN
which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
|
|
9.
This agreement shall be deemed in effect upon receipt and acceptance by LHN at
the regional office in Lyons, Georgia.
|
|
10.
I will not promote my Distributor business nor use LHN name or the trade names,
logos, copyrighted material, trademark or service mark of LHN, except in
materials provided by LHN or approved in writing by LHN prior to their use by
me. I understand that unauthorized use or duplication of trademark or
copyrighted materials is a violation of federal law.
|

11.
I am responsible for supervising and supporting Distributors I sponsor into the
program and in my commissionable Downline. I agree to maintain monthly
communication and support to those Distributors in my commissionable Downline by
way of the following or combination thereof: Personal contact, telephone
communication, written communication, and attendance at Distributor meetings.
|
|
12.
I will not make false or misleading statements about LHN, Distributors or
product and services.
|
|
13.
Distributor and customer
lists are owned by LHN and may never be used for any commercial purpose without
prior written consent from LHN. During the term of this agreement and for
180 days thereafter, distributors will not solicit LHN representatives or
customers to other network marketing organizations, except as to personally
sponsored distributors/customers.
|
|
14.
This agreement is governed under laws of the state of Georgia, USA. The
parties agree that any claim, dispute or other difference between them shall be
exclusively resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to Commercial Arbitration
Rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to occur in
Georgia, USA. Louisiana Distributors arbitrate at New Orleans, Louisiana.

15. Distributors may
return literature and products in resalable condition at any time within [30]
days of purchase and receive a refund for the cost of the product(s) minus $5.00
re-stocking fee. Shipping cost of returned items shall be borne
by Distributor. Payment will be made within [30] days of actual receipt of
returned items. LHN will honor refund policies
provided by any state or federal law applicable to distributor. [New
Mexico, One Year; Georgia, No Time Limitation, Massachusetts, No Time Limitation
on Cycle Qualifying Wholesale Purchase.]

Faxing Policies:

POLICY
|
|
Liberty
Health Net, Inc. has a strict no-spam policy
and will pursue whatever legal steps are required to enforce it.
|
|
Distributor
shall not engage in spamming in order to promote their business.
"SPAM", or "Spamming",
includes Unsolicited Commercial E-mail or Unsolicited Bulk
E-mail sent to
people not known personally.
|
|
Unsolicited
Commercial E-mail is defined as the
sending of any email message to anyone not personally known by you
unless
the recipients have expressly asked to receive from you.
This
definition is independent of how and by whom the Email is actually sent.
|
|
Unsolicited
Bulk E-mail
is defined as the broadcasting of
large quantities
(20 or more recipients)
of
unsolicited Email or postings to news groups through any large quantity
delivery system. This definition is independent of how and by whom the
Email is actually sent.
|
|
Our
No-Spam policy is for the protection of all of our distributors and the
company.
There are many ways to promote
web pages without spamming.
Spamming will only ultimately result in
all of our web sites being taken down by our Internet Service Provider.
|
|
After
a complaint and an investigation, if you are are found to have spammed,
then we will terminate your distributor position and you will forfeit
any earned commissions and no refund will be issued.
|
|
Liberty
Health Net, Inc. has the responsibility to
determine what violates this policy. If you have any doubts concerning
acceptable practices, then it is
ESSENTIAL that you
contact Liberty
Health Net, Inc. before you act.
The last thing we would ever
want to do is to terminate one of our own distributors.
On the other hand, the Internet is a very important part our business
and we absolutely must protect it for the sake of our Distributors &
Customers.

|
The
Attorneys General for each state are concerned about the well being of
their citizens. Good corporate citizenship within each state is
essential for any network marketing company.
Spam and Faxing are
upsetting more and more people who
complain to the Attorney General of their state.
|
|
Our
No-Spam and No-Faxing policies are about being a good corporate citizen
in all states. This eliminates the need for discussions about what is,
or is not legal, because it is based on treating our prospective
customers and representatives the same way we would want to be treated.
|
|
Please
Make Sure You Understand The Following:
|
|
1)
Ignorance of the contents of this policy
WILL NOT
be an acceptable excuse.
2) There are NO acceptable disclaimers that can be
added to an unsolicited message that will make the message acceptable.
This includes but is not limited to remove instructions, remove links,
legislative compliance statements, or general statements as to possible
interest in a business opportunity.
3) We do
NOT recommend the use of any purchased
lists of email addresses. Use of any purchased list of email addresses
puts your membership at risk if there are any complaints due to problems
with the list being out of date, poor quality, improperly gathered, etc.
4) Use of any marketing company that sends your advertisement to their
list (opt-in or otherwise) puts your membership at risk if there are any
complaints due to problems with the list being out of date, poor
quality, improperly gathered, etc.
5) It is
NOT acceptable to send someone a message
about Liberty
Health Net, Inc. just because you
received an unsolicited message from them.
6) It is NOT acceptable to post any advertising
messages to any news groups. Just because you see such messages posted
does NOT give you permission to do the same. |

you believe you have been spammed by a Liberty
Health Net, Inc. distributor, we sincerely
apologize. Please send your complaint, along with a copy of the original
message to:

We do not tolerate spamming and we WILL deal strictly with any of our
distributors who participate in such practice.
|
|
On
the other hand, we also are intolerant of individuals who try to take
matters into their own hands and harass or abuse, either our
distributors or the company. That hurts innocent people who feel just as
strongly about Spam, and is just as much of a violation of proper
Internet practice as
Unsolicited Commercial E-mail or Unsolicited
Bulk E-mail. If we get harassed or abused then we will
have no choice but to enforce our rights to the fullest extent of the
law in our own defense.

Please
allow us to sternly and fairly correct the uninformed and to strictly
punish the willful violator, as we aggressively enforce our policy.

Liberty
Health Net, Inc.
has a strict no-faxing policy
and will pursue whatever legal steps are required to enforce it.
Distributor
shall not send unsolicited advertisements for
Liberty
Health Net, Inc. by fax in violation of
the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, 47 U.S.C.
227(b)(1)(C) or any similar national, federal, state or provincial law
or regulation. Violation of this policy will
result in termination.
